SHIPPING POLICY

Ptdshop.com offers Fedex ground shipping on all U.S. orders.

For security reasons we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All Ptdshop.com orders will ship after 18 business days from order date, which is Monday through Friday. Weekends and the following U.S. holidays are excluded: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Please note: shipments outside of the U.S. are subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Since duties and taxes vary by country and order, we are not able to provide an estimated cost.

Please contact your customs office for more information. If an order is placed on ptdshop.com and refused at customs, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise accompanied with tags attatched and original sales receipt may be returned within 7 days of date of purchase for full refund in original form of payment.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

All qualifying refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.

The refund may not show up until your credit cards next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
